2.How long will be took while shipping?
Please kindly note that all the items are shipped from China, and our default shipping method is USPS and EMS. The general shipping time is about 8-12 working days. But longer time when the customs are busy for big festival, wether influence or Peak seasons.
3.When will get the tracking no. and how to track my order?
Tracking No. is available 1~3 business days after your package is shipped out. And you can track it at www.usps.com (USA)or http://www.ems.com.cn/english.html (other country).
4.Why there is no info or not any updated info. with the tracking No. at usps?
It supports to be normal as EMS doesn't update the information instantly. But sometimes it means we need to arrange another new package. We have professional support to follow your order. If there is something wrong, we'll inform you of the solution.
5. Is overnight shipping available?
Unfortunately there is no overnight shipping available for international shipments.

Returns & Replacements
Please note that this is an international transaction, all sales are final. We only accept exchange and return for defective products at the time of receipt, incorrect items due to our error. Customers are required to contact our customer service team before they ask for a return. Detailed photos for the items and the package are also required for us to investigate the issue.
Shipping fee for return is on customer's behalf, and all returned packages have to be trackable with tracking number provided.
